阳光，小草，稻穗，一种神清气爽的感觉弥漫着整个身体

那场谈话让我很愉悦， 真的！

隐约想起了阳光的味道，慢慢的，离我越来越近，以至于于停留于我的体内。那是一次在4舍的楼顶晒完被子，晚上躺在上面 闻到的阳光的味道，他相信那是棉花的味道，质疑他！阳光的味道，仅有那一次感受到，一直难以忘却

小草的味道，如阳光般让我久久的挂念

稻穗

一片片绿油油的稻田更让人不由自主的想亲近，刚出生時是青色而直立的，拨开叶子，轻轻咀嚼麦穗，微泛一些甜甜的味道，这是在小时候上学路上常干的事，成熟的稻穗是金黄而弯曲的

他跟我讲夏日的傍晚，感受水草的味道也是件绝美的事情

阳光，小草，稻穗都是久远前的事情，如今身在上海，运动锻炼都是件困难的事情，别提去亲临感受自然万物的美好了

好久没有赤脚感受石子和泥土，春节回家一直受感冒困扰以至于失声好多天，整天窝在家不出门，倒是某个午后穿着三叶草去爬了没有路的山，四肢都给用上了，艰难爬到了顶峰，尽管山峰的高度就那般，还是很有成就感

不管是亲临自然，还是忘我的打球锻炼，都是为了让自己看起来更健康
